UK SHIPPING:
We offer three shipping options for UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands):
- Standard Shipping (2 to 4 Business Days): £3.50 - £6.50
- Free Standard Shipping (2 to 4 Business Days): Available for orders over £50.
- Express Shipping: £7.50. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm, subject to conditions outlined below.
Please note: Orders exceeding 30 kg in weight require personalised shipping arrangements. After placing your order, our team will contact you to discuss delivery costs and requirements.
Express Shipping Conditions:
While we aim for next-day delivery with Express Shipping, this may be subject to carrier performance and does not include weekends or public holidays. We strive to maintain timely delivery and will communicate proactively in case of any delays.
EU and International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer shipping to most locations worldwide. Our international shipping options are designed to provide you with a variety of choices and flexibility:
- Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the total order weight.
- Carrier: Our shipments are fulfilled by DHL, a trusted global shipping partner.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly.
Please be aware that our shipping fees do not include any import taxes, charges, duties, or clearance costs that may be applicable in your country. We recommend consulting local authorities to understand any potential additional costs.
For orders exceeding 30kg, personalised shipping arrangements are required. Please proceed with your order as normal, and our team will be in touch to discuss specific delivery costs and requirements.
