Please note: All decals will need to be cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed. All order cancelled hereafter will incur a restocking fee of 50% of the total order. This is due to our decals being handmade to order.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll go over the usage instructions with you, and if you're still not satisfied after giving the product another try, you may return the used product to us. You will receive a refund for the amount paid, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds may be adjusted if returning the product affects any promotional discounts applied to the original order, or if any free gifts supplied with the product are not returned.
Decal Warranty & Guarantee

Eligibility: The warranty and precision fit guarantee are only valid with proof of purchase (receipt) and proof of application.

Proof of Claim: Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the decal applied to the vehicle, including the area where they believe the sizing is incorrect.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, or external damage.

Claim Process: All claims will be assessed based on the provided evidence. If approved, a replacement or resolution will be offered at our discretion.

Warranty Period: The material warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Order Cancellation & Returns: FAQ
How do I cancel an order in full if I've changed my mind?
- You may cancel and return your order in full within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please send the parcel back to us with a completed return form.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using an insured delivery service with proof of postage for your protection.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for the amount paid, including the delivery charge. Note that the refund amount may be adjusted if any items or free gifts have been used or are missing.
- All decals will need to be cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed. All order cancelled hereafter will incur a restocking fee of 50% of the total order. This is due to our decals being handmade to order.

What happens if a product subsequently develops a fault?
- For products with a manufacturer's warranty, we offer support in the form of spares, repair, or replacement as determined by the manufacturer, throughout the warranty period.
- For products without a manufacturer's warranty, we offer similar support for up to six months from the date of purchase (three months for all wash mitts, microfibre products, and machine polishing pads).
- Normal wear and tear or faults arising from misuse are not covered.
- Please notify us by email as soon as possible if a product develops a fault. Return the product to us for inspection at your expense (refundable upon confirmation of the fault).
- Use an insured delivery service with proof of postage for your protection.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will determine the appropriate resolution and return the product to you at no extra charge, whether repaired, replaced, or if deemed non-faulty.
